Hannes Cloete

Chief Property Officer

Hannes has been with Louis Group since 1998, when he began in the Facilities Management team. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of property management. In 2003 he was appointed head of the Group’s Property Services division and then, in 2007, as Chief Property Officer of the Group.

Rousseau Moss

Executive Head: Property (IOM)

Rousseau has been with Louis Group since 2005 and currently oversees the facilities and property management functions relating to the Isle of Man and United Kingdom portfolios. Rousseau joined Louis Group from Lloyds TSB where he worked in the offshore banking industry as a New Business Developer. He resides in the Isle of Man.

Rob Hawkins

Senior Property Manager (UK)

Robert recently joined Louis Group as Senior Property Manager for the United Kingdom portfolio. He has 18 years’ experience in the UK property market and is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 1992.

Gavin Francis

Senior Client Relationship Manager (UK)

Gavin is a tax specialist and is adept at creating investment solutions for financial advisors. He has worked for over 20 years in the financial services sector in London between the City and West End and has also worked in some of the major offshore tax havens around the world. Gavin now focuses on developing business opportunities in London for the Group’s Financial Services and Property divisions.

Nigel Dempsey-Moore

Senior Client Relationship Manager (IOM)

Nigel, who is currently completing the Financial Planning Certification, recently joined Louis Group after several years as a relationship manager in the offshore banking industry. He oversees key Louis Group clients and is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities.

Greg Easton

Client Relationship Manager (UK)

Greg has experience in the banking, life assurance and investment industries on the Isle of Man. He joined Louis Group as a client relationship manager in May 2007. Greg is currently studying to become a Certified Financial Analyst and his areas of specialisation within the Group include fixed income products, structured funds and property syndications.
